Oversee all provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for two manufacturing plants.
• Collaborated with the Talent team in full-life-cycle recruiting, on-boarding, training, and records management. Engaged in the task of screening potential employees and conducts initial interviews.
• Managed the implementation of and changes to system(s) including development, enhancement, upgrades, and maintenance of system(s).
• Worked with Hiring Managers on recruiting planning and job needs assessments
• Conducted regular follow-up meetings with Hiring Manager to determine the effectiveness of the recruitment plans and implementation
• Conducted phone screenings, source, face to face interviews with candidates
